Accomplishments
Hired and trained a team of associates and management for the new location opening in Alpharetta, GA. During the first year, Alpharetta achieved $500,000 increase over plan.
Planned and executed a Shaky Knees x UO event which increased music and tech sales by 33% over LY.
Fulfilled 5 leadership roles over 6 years with the company.
Created a sales tracking system to analyze KPI’s for key drivers. This was shared with the district and used to achieve holiday contest goals.
Created “style guides” to describe fits and characteristics of key drivers. These were shared within the district to better assist employees with customer selling.
