• Planning and executing in-store events including a live performance by Kodie Shane and a Shaky Knees x UO live music event.

• Creating content for the @uoatlanta instagram page.

• Leading teams of 15-60 employees.

Accomplishments

• Hired and trained a team of associates and management for the new location opening in Alpharetta, GA. During the first year, Alpharetta achieved $500,000 increase over plan.

• Planned and executed a Shaky Knees x UO event which increased music and tech sales by 33% over LY.

• Fulfilled 5 leadership roles over 6 years with the company.

• Created a sales tracking system to analyze KPI’s for key drivers. This was shared with the district and used to achieve holiday contest goals.

• Created “style guides” to describe fits and characteristics of key drivers. These were shared within the district to better assist employees with customer selling.
